After signing up, you'll be taken through a quick onboarding checklist.

Go to Settings → Email Setup in your dashboard.

Click 'Connect Outlook' and authorize QuotIQ via Microsoft OAuth2.

QuotIQ will use your Outlook to read incoming RFQs and send quotes from your address.

Your credentials are never stored — only an OAuth token with limited scope.

Go to Rates → Upload in your dashboard.

Upload your airline rate sheets in Excel format (.xlsx).

QuotIQ auto-detects columns for carrier, origin, destination, weight breaks, and validity dates.

Review the mapping and confirm. Your rates are live immediately.

Supported fields: carrier, origin IATA, destination IATA, weight breaks (45/100/300/500/1000/3000kg), fuel surcharge, security, valid from/to.

Go to Settings → Pricing Engine.

Set your floor margin (minimum) and ceiling margin (maximum).

Configure the new client margin — applied automatically to first-time enquirers.

Set seasonality factors per quarter or per month to automatically adjust margins.

The AI brain will learn from your history and refine recommendations over time.

Go to New Quote in your dashboard and use SpeedyQuote.

Enter the client email, origin, destination, weight, and dimensions.

QuotIQ will calculate the best rate, apply your margin, and generate a professional quote.

In Auto mode, quotes are sent instantly. In Manual mode, you review before sending.

The client receives a branded quote page with direct and transit options.

Check your Inbox to track every quote: opened, clicked, accepted, rejected.

Use the Analytics dashboard to see lane performance, margin trends, and win rates.

When a quote is opened but not replied to after 2 hours, QuotIQ flags it for a reminder.
